This wild thing is my motivation to start running again. When we got her she was a full grown, 65lb monster. Her energy is relentless and she is so destructive when shes wound up. We thought we were going to have to give her back. But my husband and I stuck it out because she’s the sweetest thing. She’s so loving and just wants attention all the time. So we’re going to start running together for both of our health, to get her pent up energy out, and for my sanity because this dog drives me nuts haha but I love her more than anything. Here’s to getting back into it with my favorite running buddy ❤🐾

I’ve been wanting to try other forms of exercise since I can’t run very often thanks to my ankles 💔So today I tried boxing with my little brother. I ripped my knuckles open(I’ll be investing in gloves soon) and the bag literally knockes me backwards if it swings back too fast, but it was fun 😂
The weather was perfect today for this 5 mile run
Protein and stretching after a 2 mile run this morning. My treadmill said 1.76 miles but my Fitbit said 2.22. I don’t know which one is more accurate. I do all of my running on my treadmill this time of year because I live up north and it’s dangerously cold outside lately. I don’t mind though, I get to catch up on The Bachelor while I run 😂
Sunday morning vibes. My town recently finished these trails and is doing a Harvest Moon 5k to show them off, so I went up this morning to check them out before the race.
